- Appearance and personal hygiene are crucial to the hotel and restaurant business. Our standards are conservative and will be strictly enforced.

- All employees are required to bathe regularly and use anti-perspirant/deodorant. Fingernails must be kept clean and neatly trimmed.

- Uniforms and on duty apparel must be maintained by the employee for a clean and neat appearance at all times.

- All employees must maintain clean hair and hairstyles that are neatly cut and styled. Sideburns must be trimmed, no longer than ear length. Male employees should arrive to work clean-shaven. A neatly trimmed, unobtrusive mustache is permitted, however, it must be kept at a reasonable length. Beards, goatees and extremes, such as dreadlocks, are prohibited. Employees must maintain hair in a natural color.

- While on duty, pierced jewelry may only be worn through the ears and only three earrings per ear.

- You may be asked to bring specific clothing to complement your uniform. If so, you will be notified of requirements upon receiving an offer of employment.
