- A passport, or 2 other forms of ID (Driver's license and Social Security Card are most common). You will need to provide documentation regarding your eligibility to work in the U.S. These documents must be original copies. Faxes or photocopies will not be accepted. Please refer to your offer letter paperwork for a list of acceptable ID's.

- NEW in 2010 > Employees will not be checked in or given housing until proper ID is presented. Please note that exceptions can not be made.

- Warm blanket or sleeping bag for bed, and pillow

- Cold and warm weather clothing

- Toiletries (Don't forget your sunscreen!)

- Pad/combination lock - for your lock box

- Extra Cash - depending upon your arrival date, you may not get a paycheck for up to 3 weeks. Although meals and housing are deducted through payroll, you may need cash for personal spending. ATM machines are available at the larger locations, but may not be functioning until the lodge itself opens. We suggest that you bring traveler's checks (for your protection).

- Golf Clubs (employees play for $3 at East Glacier course)

- While it is not necessary, you are encouraged to bring a private vehicle as it will allow you to explore the surrounding areas.
